Today is the day! Mr. Angus Chalmers Montgomery Andrews II gets his "you-know-what" surgery. I dropped him off this morning and he was scared, not wanting to go into the room and curling up as close as he could physically get to my body. He is a bit of a wimp when it comes to needles and other such probing items. He cries like I've never heard a dog cry before. The gals at the vet's office make fun of him, but I think it just means he is a sensitive boy. And although he looks like a grown up, mature doggie with that cute beard of his, he is just still a puppy only turning six months old a few days ago.
Think of Angus today and hope all goes well. He'll be a new man by the end of this day.
update:
Angus is home and doing well.
