My friend told me about Daily Plate a few weeks back. I finally checked it out. It's basically a website (much like Weight Watchers' etools however it works with calories instead of points) that lets you plug in what you've eaten during the day and keeps track for you. You have to register, but the basic plan is free. You enter a few facts about yourself and it calculates how many calories you need to consume to meet your goals. I clicked on losing two pounds a week *cough!*. We'll see how it goes.
